Dry Fruit Ukadiche Modak is a premium variation of the traditional Ukadiche Modak, specially prepared during Ganesh Chaturthi as an offering to Lord Ganesha.
Unlike the classic version filled mainly with coconut and jaggery, this modak is stuffed with a rich mixture of finely chopped dry fruits like almonds, cashews, pistachios, and raisins, often blended with jaggery, ghee, and aromatic spices like cardamom. The outer covering remains soft and delicate, made from steamed rice flour dough.
The result is a more luxurious, nutrient-dense sweet—slightly crunchy inside, soft outside, and naturally sweet without relying heavily on refined sugar. It’s positioned as a festive, high-value product, often preferred for gifting or premium sweet offerings.
